Stephen Bosio

Stephen has worn many hats since his first job at 15 but always wore ones with someone else’s name, logo, and dream on them.

After spending 13 years climbing the corporate ladder he took a hard turn detour and left it all behind to follow his own dream.

Now, he’s the proud owner of Bosio Biscuit Co. in Tapiola, MI, where he’s baking what some say might be the perfect buttermilk biscuit, as part of a whole menu dedicated to quality, affordable, made-from-scratch food.
