Megan Jackman

Megan is a Michigander born and raised in Flint, Michigan. After graduating from Western Michigan University with a degree in secondary education she moved to the Big Island of Hawai'i where she called home for almost a decade, working in wilderness therapy, the local school system and managing a 20 acre organic farm with her partner Bryce.

In April of 2022 her and her now husband, Bryce, decided it was time to leave Hawai'i and relocate back to Michigan and begin their next chapter of life in Calumet, where Bryce's has family ties and roots.

Other than managing the coolest spot in the Keweenaw (aka Keweenaw Coffee Works) Megan enjoys outdoor adventuring, live music, snowboarding, cooking, reading science fiction, bowling and being cozy by the fire with Ziggy the dog and Kimi the cat\
